We offer an online PaperCut knowledge base at acd-inc.com when you feel like finding the answer yourself. When that’s just not enough, we offer an around-the-clock toll free help-line if you need to talk to a real person. We even offer on-site value added support and professional services for a standard rate. We offer many levels of support agreements to ensure your piece of mind that your site will be well taken care of.

Remember, ACDI is a PaperCut Authorized Solution Center, we are the most qualified reseller on the market before the purchase and more importantly, after. ACDI was carefuly selected based on criteria that match PaperCuts own business approach. We work hand-in-hand with PaperCut on new versions, feature requests such as Web Cashier and iPad printing via AirPrint. With ACDI, you are never alone.

ProServices

ACDI ProServices is our top-of-the-line support package. ProServices offers everything you will need to ensure that you investment is up and running all-day, every-day. PaperCut gets an average of 6 to 8 upgrades a year, you will have access to all of them, it doesn't matter if they are major or minor. With Upgrade Assurance, a nice support package on its own, you get phone, email and remote login support, with ProServices you get all of that and more.
