Some achievements are too significant to celebrate separately.

We are proud to recognize two major government projects in Brazil, each involving nearly 2,000 PaperCut embedded licenses. Together, they represent more than 3,800 licenses across two highly complex public-sector environments.

These landmark projects were led by Rodrigo Rom\u00e3o<\/strong><\/a> and Fred Moraes<\/strong><\/a>, <\/strong>ACDI Latin America<\/strong><\/a> Regional Solutions Managers based in Brazil<\/strong>, working closely with our channel partners, technical specialists, and solution architects.

Although these were independent opportunities, they shared several important characteristics. Both required exceptional levels of security, stability, technical validation, scalability, and operational reliability.

Together, these projects represent an important milestone for our team, our partner ecosystem, and the continued expansion of PaperCut within Brazil\u2019s public sector.


The Projects at a Glance<\/strong>

The scale:<\/strong> More than 3,800 PaperCut embedded licenses across two major government deployments.

The impact:<\/strong> Secure print release, stronger governance, improved visibility, greater cost control, and a consistent user experience across large, distributed environments.

The challenge:<\/strong> Each project required a solution capable of meeting strict security requirements, integrating with complex infrastructure, and remaining reliable across nearly 2,000 devices.


More Than a Standard Deployment<\/strong>

The success of these projects went far beyond presenting a standard product configuration.

Both opportunities required a detailed understanding of the customers\u2019 infrastructure, security policies, operational processes, business rules, technical limitations, and long-term objectives.

Rodrigo and Fred worked closely with our partners and technical teams to translate those complex requirements into secure, stable, and scalable PaperCut architectures.

Each solution was carefully designed, configured, and integrated to ensure PaperCut performed exactly as required within each customer\u2019s environment.

When certain requirements extended beyond native functionality, complementary components and additional technical expertise were applied where appropriate. The true differentiator, however, was the team\u2019s ability to design the right architecture, select the right resources, and ensure every part of the solution worked together effectively.

Security, reliability, and operational stability were decisive factors throughout both evaluation processes.

The selected solutions needed to demonstrate that they could:

- Integrate with complex IT environments
- Remain stable under demanding conditions
- Support deployments involving nearly 2,000 devices each

Supported by carefully designed architectures and deep technical expertise, PaperCut consistently demonstrated the resilience, compatibility, security, and stability required by both customers.
