EZ Meter utilizes a common USB network adapter and ethernet cable, paired with patented software to consistently and efficiently collect a wide range of meter, supply, and service data. It is designed to seamlessly interface with Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) that are locally-connected to a PC through various methods, including USB, parallel ports, or other compatible connections. This system allows for continuous data gathering and monitoring, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is regularly transmitted.

HOW IT WORKS

EZ Meter establishes a local network between the USB-connected printer and the user’s workstation. The connection is established via an ethernet cable from the MFD’s network port to a USB network adapter that is plugged into the user’s workstation.
