The 2025 Best Places to Work in Arkansas program honors 50 companies statewide that demonstrate exceptional workplace culture and practices. ACDI earned this recognition after completing a comprehensive two-part survey process. This included an in-depth review of company policies and procedures, along with an employee survey measuring satisfaction across nine key areas. Final rankings were determined by combining these results, with top-scoring organizations receiving the award.

Arkansas Business has been conducting the survey since 2014, polling employees around the state about leadership at their workplace, communication, pay, and culture.
