ACDI Ball Drop Returns for New Year’s Eve Celebration
BENTON, Ark. — Leading service and solutions provider Access Control Devices, Inc. (ACDI) is proud to partner with the City of Benton for its second annual New Year’s Eve Ball Drop on Dec. 31 at its headquarters, located at 403 North Main Street in Benton.
The free event begins at 7:30 p.m. and will feature live music and a mechanical bull, along with a large kids area, including a rock climbing wall, bungee jump, and bouncy house. ACDI is welcoming ten food trucks and a beer and wine truck with items available for purchase throughout the evening.
A percentage of all food and drink sales will directly support Bright Futures Benton, a community initiative within the Benton School District that streamlines school, community, human service, and business resources to quickly meet basic needs and create new opportunities for students so they can succeed in school and beyond.
“Our team relishes the opportunity to bring our community together and celebrate New Year’s Eve with an exciting event that’s sure to be fun for the whole family. We’re especially proud to support an incredible organization in Bright Futures Benton and help ensure that children in our community can thrive in school both academically and socially.”

Following a stellar debut in 2022, there will be no shortage of entertainment throughout the evening. Jettway Performance Bands will provide music beginning at 7:45 p.m., with the Zac Dunlap Band headlining at 10:30 p.m.
Between sets and leading up to the exciting ball drop, Crown Entertainment will provide additional music and light shows. Midnight will culminate with live music, a thrilling light show, the ball countdown and drop, and New Year fireworks.
With community involvement at the core of its business model, Everett Buick-GMC is the presenting sponsor for the New Year’s Eve Ball Drop. As a local, family-owned dealership, it proudly supports organizations and special events across Saline County, including the Benton Panther Foundation, Saline Memorial Health Foundation, and Imagination Library, among others.
Police officers will be on patrol in and around the event to ensure safety as people come and go from the ACDI campus. No outside food or beverages will be permitted, including coolers.
